What to Expect & Studio Hot Yoga
Class reservations can be made via the Studio AK Hot Yoga website or The Alaska Club website as well as our new Studio app. Reservations open up two weeks before the class starts time.
If you are a gold or platinum member of The Alaska Club, Studio classes are included with your membership.

Bring your yoga mat, yoga mat towel, sweat towel & water bottle. We do not have any extras on hand.
We have changing rooms, bathrooms, a water bottle filling station, and lockers available for your use.
Once you enter the studio area, there is no talking among your fellow yogis, enjoy these few rare moments of hot quiet happiness.
During class, you are encouraged to modify as needed. Yoga is breath, all the rest is extra!
After class, please wipe down your area and avoid conversation until you exit the studio and are in the lobby.
