Flow Into Meditation

Take it slow yet strong with this deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. The later part of class includes a guided meditation for the ultimate yoga experience.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga moves slowly and mindfully—allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with sufficient time to employ props and make adjustments. There will be a variety of standing, seated, and supine postures.

Hot Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements, core stability and muscle lengthening.

Hot Flow

Find inspiration, grace and strength in Hot Flow as you explore vibrant and at times vigorous Vinyasa yoga flows (Sun A, B and C), set to modern music.

Hot Flow *Fundamentals

Introduction to Hot Flow! Find inspiration, grace and strength as you explore the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga flows. Accompanied by modern music and powerful messaging, set in a heated studio. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.

Hot Flow Plus

A 75 minute Hot Flow yoga practice. You'll enjoy more time in the Sun B and Sun C yoga flow series as well as in the deep stretch segment.

Hot Yoga

This series of postures follows the template and healing elements of the original Hot 26 but also includes Vinyasa-style sequences to promote additional upper-body strength.

Hot 26

Step up your Hot 26 practice with the original 90 minute version of this invigorating practice. Explore the classic set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each practice begins with the breath with each preparing the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring their yoga mat, yoga towel and water bottle.

Moonlight Bliss

Hot Yoga that explores strong holds and fun flows set to an amazing playlist - perfect ending to the day. Unwind your body and mind with this Vinyasa and deep stretch fusion class.

Santosha Flow

The Sanskrit word santosha is divided into two parts: san, meaning completely or entirely, and tosha, meaning acceptance, satisfaction, and contentment. This vinyasa style practice will incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises), beginner to intermediate poses and joyful movement! This class is for everyone! Be prepared to enjoy stellar music, creative movement and sweat 'til your heart's content!

Sculpt Hot Flow Fusion

Combination of the best of two practices. This is a strength-focused yoga practice using yoga flows to warm up, traditional strength training moves with weights, yoga poses for core stabilization and strength training and finally melting into a deep stretch and relaxation.

Weekend Recovery

Whether you're mentally prepping for the busy week ahead, or looking to recover from a long weekend enjoying Alaska adventures, this practice is the perfect way to unwind. Enjoy a 75 minute practice that includes thoughtful flow to build a little fire within, followed by deep stretching & restorative poses to completely relax the body and mind.


Allow your entire being to release as you journey through this fusion of deep connective tissue work, as found in traditional Yin Yoga, and the use of the supportive props typically found in restorative yoga practices.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

The Yin practice your body craves plus Yoga Nidra which will completely relax the body and take your mind to the same state as when we are in a deep dreamless sleep but still with a level of awareness.


Get the benefits of a Yin practice with the challenge of a Vinyasa sequence. This class is a journey from the deep, yin long held postures to the more dynamic Vinyasas based sequences. Absolutely balancing and strengthening.

Yoga Sculpt

Actively explore your edges and shape your being. Yoga Sculpt challenges you to breathe through your comfort zone and into a fusion of Vinyasa flows and strength training with free weights. Students encouraged to bring their own mat and water bottle.
