Meditation is a gift available and accessible for every person. It awakens inner peace and develops awareness for the present moment. Discover simple ways to cultivate this practice into your life both on and off the mat. 60 minutes and open to all levels.
Hot Yoga
This class will begin with breath and spine preparation, flowing sequences for movement, strength and mobility benefits, ending in deep stretches and savasana/ 60 minutes and open to all levels.
Weekend Renew
Prepare your body and mind for the week ahead. This 60-min class will explore flowing sequences as well as standing, seated and supine postures while working with the breath to bring focus and calm. All levels.
Yoga Sculpt
Actively explore your edges and shape your being. Yoga Sculpt challenges you to breathe through your comfort zone and into a fusion of Vinyasa flows and strength training with free weights. Students encouraged to bring their own mat and water bottle.
