Hot Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements, core stability and muscle lengthening.

This vinyasa style practice will incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises), beginner to intermediate poses and joyful movement! This class is for everyone! Be prepared to enjoy stellar music, creative movement and sweat 'til your heart's content!
