Beginner’s Yoga

Learn breathing techniques, the foundational poses, and how to feel more comfortable & confident in your practice. Great for true beginners, or those looking to refine their practice.

Gentle Flow

A calming, slower paced vinyasa practice, allowing students to release deeper into familiar poses and to gradually build strength and awareness of breath.

Hot Flow

Hot Flow will get us moving one breath per pose in vinyasa flows to really turn up the heat. We will push to our edge in core and strength poses. Our deep stretch will restore flexibility to the edges we pushed into, and our final surrender will calm mind and body. All set to modern music, hot studio and powerful messaging.

Hot Flow Fundamentals

Introduction to Hot Flow! Find inspiration, grace and strength as you explore the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga flows. Accompanied by modern music and powerful messaging set in a heated studio. An excellent practice for those new to Hot Flow, or those looking to refine their practice.

Hot Flow Plus

Whether you're mentally prepping for the busy week ahead, or looking to recover from a long weekend enjoying the Alaskan summer, this practice is the perfect way to unwind. Enjoy a 75 minute practice that includes thoughtful flow to build a little fire within, followed by deep stretching & restorative poses to completely relax the body and mind.

Hot 26

Enjoy a 60 minute version of the classic set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each practice begins with the breath with each preparing the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels welcome.

Sculpt Flow Fusion

Combination of the best of two practices. This is a strength-focused yoga practice using yoga flows to warm up, traditional strength training moves with weights, yoga poses for core stabilization and strength training and finally melting into a deep stretch and relaxation.

Weekend Recovery

Whether you're mentally prepping for the busy week ahead, or looking to recover from a long weekend enjoying the Alaskan summer, this practice is the perfect way to unwind. Enjoy a 75 minute practice that includes thoughtful flow to build a little fire within, followed by deep stretching & restorative poses to completely relax the body and mind.

Yin/Restorative

Allow your entire being to release as you journey through this fusion of deep connective tissue work, as found in traditional Yin Yoga. Poses will be held 3 to 5 breaths so you can deepen into the movement. The later portion of the practice will include the use of supportive props typically found in restorative yoga practices.

Yoga Sculpt

Perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow, resistance training and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. Ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength. Also ideal if you find traditional yoga challenging for your mental focus and need more movement and music beat to help you through the workout.
