This class will begin with breath and spine preparation, flowing sequences for movement, strength and mobility benefits, ending in deep stretches and savasana/ 60 minutes and open to all levels.
Sunrise Flow
Learn breathing techniques, the foundational poses, and how to feel more comfortable & confident in your practice. Great for true beginners, or those looking to refine their practice.
Yoga Sculpt Barre
Actively explore your edges and shape your being. Yoga Sculpt challenges you to breathe through your comfort zone and into a fusion of Vinyasa flows and strength training with free weights. No weights? No problem! Use whatever you have on hand in your space- water bottles, soup cans, anything! 45 minutes and open to all levels.
