A true vinyasa style, this class syncs movement to breath to build heat, push intensity, and improve mobility. You will stretch, build strength and improve endurance, all set to a dynamic playlist that will keep you inspired.

Hot Yoga

This class will begin with breath and spine preparation, flowing sequences for movement, strength and mobility benefits, ending in deep stretches and savasana/ 60 minutes and open to all levels.

Hot 26

Step up your Hot 26 practice with the original 90 minute version of this invigorating practice. Explore the classic set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each practice begins with the breath with each preparing the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring their yoga mat, yoga towel and water bottle.
